Time to eat!
Time to eat!

One of the questions we get asked most is, “How do you cook real food in a motorhome?” The answer is simple: with a little planning and a lot of love. Dani trained as a chef in New York , and over four years and four motorhomes, the coach kitchen has become the heart of our home on wheels.

Why Cooking on the Road Matters

Eating out every night gets expensive and, honestly, it gets old. Cooking in the coach lets us eat healthier, stick to a budget, and enjoy a home cooked meal with a national park view out the window.

Dani’s Tips for Cooking in a Small RV Kitchen

  • Prep before travel days, chop veggies and portion proteins while you’re parked so you’re ready to cook at the next stop.

  • Lean on one pan and sheet pan meals to save space, water, and cleanup time.

  • When the weather’s nice, take the cooking outside and enjoy the fresh air.

A Few of Our Favorite Motorhome Meals

From fresh breakfasts before a big driving day to Brazilian dishes that remind Dani of home, we’ve learned that you don’t need a big kitchen to eat well on the road, proof that “small kitchen” never has to mean “small flavor.”

We'll record our favorite meals directly in the coach kitchen, and sharing our RV cooking videos on YouTube, which include complete recipes and detailed instructions.
